Custom Order Form

We love creativity and want to hear your ideas.  I'd love to take your vision and make a one-of-a-kind Bannd that will be cherished for years to come. 

Let's get started:

1. Take an accurate measurement from an existing belt.  Measure from the fold in the on the buckle to the hole you currently use.  Reference the sizing tab on the main menu.  Your belt will be made in the size it was ordered.  

2. Purchase a custom belt in the appropriate size. Purchase a custom belt here. 

3. Fill out the form below. 

4. I will contact you via the provided number asap to schedule a 30 min design concept discussion.  

***I do not provide proofs of the design - You can be specific as you like and I will do everything possible to make it happen.  This is a one man operation and providing proofs would drastically increase the turnaround time, turnaround time for others, and not conducive to running a successful business.  I hope you can understand.  For what it is worth, no customers have been unhappy or dissatisfied with the result.
